I found a very effective way to fall asleep in 15 minutes. Why couldn't we fall asleep for a long time at night? Because you were thinking of so many things. It made your cerebra excited, then it was difficult for you to drop asleep. Sometimes, you couldn't drop asleep all the night. Now, don't think of other things. How to make you not to think of other things? You should be going to imagine the appearance of your bedroom. The most important thing: imagine the look of you when you're sleeping. Then you will fall asleep in 15 minutes. In this way, I usually could fall asleep in 5 minutes. So could my girl friend who was 380 kilometres far to me and will become my wife in May, 2005.
